Why we do what we do...
80's Party for a Purpose is 100% ran by volunteers and our charity event was started in 2011 by our founder Dean Johnson.
The 80's team consist of 6 Board Members: Kelley Metter, Kristie Swailes, John O'Brien, Tammy Churches, Paul Pirrone, our Graphic Art Director: Cyndie Reiterman, and our totally tubular consultant Kerry Johnson.
We are a group of lifelong friends working together, giving back to raise funds for local Metro Detroit area charities in need. Since our first event in 2011, 80’s Party for a Purpose has raised over $200,000.
